Plant-Based Southern Food meets the University of Florida
Opening in July of 2021, we were the only original business who saw out the entirety of our initial lease at the Midpoint Park & Eatery. Serving a menu of plant-based comfort food seven days a week and located three blocks away from one of the largest public universities in the country, the University of Florida.
Earned over $1 million in total revenue our first three years of being in business and served on campus at UF through their Local Restaurant Row program during Spring and Fall 2022 semesters.
As the owner/operator I oversaw everything from menu development, marketing campaigns, hiring and training staff, and budgeting.
