The first freshly sliced plant-based deli meat available in the US.

As the only freshly sliced plant-based deli meat available inside a deli case my main goal was to help educate people on their products and where to find them. I also took the lead in developing a new series, Deli Revolutionaries, that focuses on telling the stories of deli owners and managers across the country who are expanding their offerings by including plant-based foods on their menu.
